Outlet & Final Sale Policy (Important)

Premium Beauty Sales is an outlet store offering overstock, discontinued, and closeout beauty products at significantly reduced prices. All items are considered final sale, except as outlined below.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, shade selection, preference, or fit.


RMA Required

All return requests require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

To request an RMA, contact our Customer Care team within the required timeframe listed below and include your order number and a description of the issue.


Limited Exceptions (Eligibility)

We will only review return or replacement requests for the following reasons:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Item is defective
  • Incorrect item was shipped

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in the condition received
  • Photo documentation is required for all claims
  • Proof of purchase is required

If your purchase was made through another retailer or marketplace, please contact them directly.


How to Request an RMA

  1. Contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage, defect, or error

If approved, you will receive RMA instructions

Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds & Resolution

Approved claims will be resolved by one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement item, if available
  • Store credit for future use on Premium Beauty Sales

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered due to the final-sale nature of outlet items.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked final sale or outlet
  • Used or opened products
  • Gift cards
  • Items reported outside the 7-day claim window

Fraud Prevention

Premium Beauty Sales reserves the right to deny claims that:

  • Do not meet policy requirements
  • Are submitted outside the allowed timeframe
  • Appear fraudulent or abusive
